We will decode the 5 rhythms of life and uncover simple, powerful solutions that can be implemented into your life. When you get the basic things right, other things tend to go right by themselves and this allows you to achieve wellbeing without diet, exercise or effort.
This course is also the fundamental knowledge you need to progress to courses for wellness and health practitioners.
