EXTREME WELLNESS PROTOCOL
Filter and flush your bladder
Feast and fast your bowel
Pant and hold your breath
Hot and cold your body
Do everything then doing nothing with your brain
EXTREME TIMES REQUIRE ‘EXTREME BEING’
We live in extreme times where you are likely to encounter stressful situations and may be forced or
coerced into doing things against your better judgement. The best way to counter this is to
adopt the Wellness Manifesto, follow the Recipe For Wellness, dance The Whirl of Wellness,
apply The Antidote to Fear, use The 10 Hacks to Relax, and follow the ‘Extreme Wellness
Protocol’ so you can stay calm under pressure and find extreme comfort in any situation.
The ability to be balanced and calm in stressful situations is the hallmark of resilient health.
‘Extreme Wellness Practices’ take this one step further by safely exploring the edge of your
comfort zone and inducing flow states while visiting the limits of your physiology. This allows
you to practice being relaxed while under stress and can be done by
manipulating your water, glucose, oxygen, temperature, and carbon
dioxide and maximising flow through your channels of elimination while visiting the limits of your physiology.
This not only allows you to practice finding comfort in stressful situations,
it also helps you experience the blissful point of balance and extreme comfort between extremes.
Accessing the stillness within allows you to connect with your essence, tap into
